PEP 1-1 model document

This presentation consists of four sections that describe the PEP 1-1 model. The first section covers a general overview of the PEP 1-1 model. The second section reviews all files related to this model.  The third section describes the mathematical structure of the model, GAMS codes, SAM, technical description, user guide, and pedagogical material.
