<p>Francis Mwaura is a citizen of Kenya. He has been an AGRODEP member since April, 2011. At present, Mwaura is a Research Fellow at the Economic Policy Research Centre (EPRC). Before joining EPRC, &nbsp;Mwaura worked for Kenya Power and Lighting &nbsp;Company (KPLC) and Tea Research Foundation of Kenya (TRFK).
