The AfriCAN Climate project, funded by the European Commission, focuses on research and knowledge-sharing of climate change issues and best practices. The website combines the latest scientific research, indigenous knowledge, government policies, best practice case studies, and project financing information, as well as climate fact sheets for each African country.
