Damien Mededji is a citizen of Benin. He has been a member of AGRODEP since November 2012. At present, he is a Technical Assistant at the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Analysis where he assists in carrying out impact studies on vulnerability and poverty. Prior to working for the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Analysis, Damien worked for the Institute for Empirical Research in Political Economy (IREEP), MIMAP (Micro Impact of Macroeconomic and Adjustment Policies) fund by IDRC Ottawa -Canada, the World Bank (BM), UNDP, UNICEF, GIZ, and the Benin Goverment. He holds a B.A. in Statistics from the Université Nationale du Bénin (UNB) and an M.A.and Ph.D. from Clermont-Ferrand (France). He specializes in development economics, impact evaluation, and poverty analysis and measurement.
